Keeping Dreams Alive
Realities for Children has funded the needs of abused, neglected or are at-risk youth in Larimer Country since 1996. On April 7th, 2018, the Realities for Children Awards Gala will feature the Keeping Dreams Alive Awards. Many young children have survived childhood abuse but still struggle in their current situations. These inspirational awards encourage the children in at-risk situations to identify and follow their dreams.
Encouragement and Hope
Children between 6-14 years old are nominated by local caseworkers. Each child shares what their dreams are for the future and what their dream is for today. Our community comes together to grant their 'today' dream and to encourage them to keep believing in their dreams for the future. We invite you to join us to help make their dreams come true.
