Barry learned the art of flooring early, installing gym floors at just 14 years old in his family's Wisconsin business. In 1998, he brought that dedication to Northern Colorado to establish Schmidt Custom Floors. As a National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) Certified Installer and Finisher, Barry combines decades of hands-on mastery with complex problem-solving across hardwood, carpet, and tile. Built on core values of integrity, craftsmanship, and personal service, he takes pride in guiding every homeowner toward the ideal solution for their space.

Henry joined the SCF team in June 2014, starting out as an installer and gaining hands-on experience in the field. As he grew within the company, he transitioned into a Business Development role, where he focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping expand the company's reach. His background in flooring installation gives him a unique advantage, ensuring every project is handled with practical insight and attention to detail. Henry has been an important part of the company's continued growth and success.

Alyssa joined our team in 2024, bringing a unique blend of creativity and client-focused service to every project. As the first point of contact for our clients, she combines a warm welcome with expert logistical planning. She combines a keen eye for design with exceptional attention to detail, guiding each project with clear communication and a commitment to bringing every client's vision to life.
