Engineered hardwood for new Fort Collins builds
Newer Front Range builds south of Harmony and out toward Timnath usually sit on top of a basement, where solid wood can move with the seasons. Engineered hardwood gives you the same look with dimensional stability over concrete and radiant heat.
We carry wider 5", 7" and 9" planks - white oak, hickory, walnut - in matte and natural finishes that read modern without locking you into a trend.

Most of our Fort Collins refinishing jobs happen between tenants - we can have a 1,000 sq ft rental sanded, stained and recoated inside a week. The dust-containment system means we can do the work without sealing off the rest of the unit.
